What to Expect
On your first visit you will be given a tour of the office, receive a one-on-one consultation with either Dr. Kate or Dr. Corbin where we will get to the root of your health concerns. We provide in-office X-rays (as needed), posture analysis using state of the art technology, orthopedic and neurological exams as needed, and a full spinal assessment to determine where vertebral subluxations are present and hindering your overall health.
We will carefully analyze your X-Rays, examination findings, and health history in order to determine if Chiropractic care is right for you. If your case is taken on, we will then go over your report of findings with you, and together we will create a customized care plan unique to your health goals and needs on your second visit.
Care plans
The more specific an adjustment is, the less force is needed to successfully move a bone. All of Dr. Kate’s adjustments are gentle and specific, yielding the highest results.

1. New patient care
Includes 2-3 visits per week for 8 weeks. The primary focus during these visits is re-aligning the upper cervical spine (C0/C1/C2) as well as addressing the chief area of concern. The upper cervical area is extremely important, and with specific attention to this area, other compensated areas throughout the spine may re-align on their own.
2. Graduated patient care
Includes 1-2 visits per week for 12 weeks. Once the upper cervical spine has began holding its adjustments and the chief area of concern is improving, the rest of the spine is ready to be addressed and full spine adjustments will be made as needed.
3. Maintenance care
Includes 1-3 visits per month. After the upper cervical spine is consistently holding its adjustments, and all other complaints are resolved/minimal, the patient will graduate to adjustments for maintaining proper spinal alignment, reducing tension on the nervous system, and optimizing overall health.
Therapies
Additional musculoskeletal therapies offered include Integrative Dry Needling and Muscle Scraping. Talk with Dr. Kate to see if adding additional therapies onto your care plan is right for you.
Price per visit can vary based on you care plan. Sticking with a customized care plan is proven to yield the best results at a significantly reduced rate. However, patients are always welcome to pay a flat rate fee per visit.
